INTERNAL RENOVATION

Completed in collaboration with RUMA Projects, this South Coogee internal renovation transformed the home’s interiors without any structural changes, focusing entirely on enhancing the functionality, flow, and aesthetic appeal of the existing spaces. The renovation included updating the joinery throughout, utilising a neutral colour palette and natural finishes, carefully designed to provide storage, display, and organisational solutions while adding warmth and texture to the interiors. Every room was considered, with updates to kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms, ensuring a consistent, cohesive feel throughout the home.

Although the structure remained unchanged, the renovation significantly elevated the home’s coastal lifestyle appeal, balancing practicality with sophisticated design. The result is a residence that feels refreshed, light-filled, and connected to its environment, where every internal space works seamlessly for modern living. Thoughtful interior upgrades, cohesive materials, and high-quality finishes ensure that the home is not only visually striking but also perfectly suited to the everyday needs of its occupants.
