Working closely with our clients from the very beginning, this Summer Hill renovation was managed by Level Built through every stage of the process, from the initial design and planning through to selections, construction and final completion. The project focused on creating a more functional, considered home while retaining the character of the existing residence and introducing a refined, contemporary feel throughout.

Each space was carefully developed to improve functionality, flow and everyday living, with considered joinery, natural materials and a warm, cohesive palette carried throughout the home. Particular attention was given to the kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces, balancing practical storage and usability with refined detailing and high-quality finishes.

Being involved from the early stages allowed us to ensure the design intent was carried consistently through construction and into the finished home. The result is a thoughtfully resolved renovation that feels warm, functional and cohesive, while remaining sympathetic to the character of the original Summer Hill residence.
